Some Helpful PaperCon & Couch Pit Conference Tips:
The Spouse/Guest Hospitality Room is located in the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel – Southdown Room, 4th Floor each day. The Cooking Program will be held at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, Roux Bistro, 2nd Floor.
Conference dress attire is business casual to official functions such as receptions, speakers sessions, and conference technical sessions. Please wear your name badge to all conference related functions, but remove before leaving the hotel and convention center.
When coming to the Spouse/Guest Hospitality Room for morning breakfast, please bring the daily breakfast ticket and place in the basket. If you bring a non- paying -Spouse/Guest along, please donate $10 into the basket to cover the additional expense. All tickets to conference related functions can be kept in the back of your name badge.
We encourage everyone to have fun and meet new friends. We adhere to the saying, " No One is Left behind", which means please ask a Spouse/Guest to join you in your daily activities whenever possible. There is safety in numbers, and we ask that no one goes out for the day alone.
