Thank you for agreeing to speak at PaperCon 2012 or Control Systems 2012! Here are the details regarding your paper and/or presentation.
Paper and Presentation Files Submission to TAPPI
Your paper and presentation are subject to peer review and must comply with TAPPI antitrust and commercialism guidelines. The guidelines are available in the TAPPI Author/Speaker Kit. Once approved, your materials will also be included in the Conference proceedings, with your permission. We request that you upload the files to the TAPPI Speaker Management System.
The deadlines below are critical for your paper to be included in both the program and the conference proceedings:
Jan. 23 Paper /manuscript due – upload to TAPPI Speaker Management System.
Feb. 16 PowerPoint Presentations due - upload to TAPPI Speaker Management System.
Authors will be notified of any required revisions and requested to resubmit the slides. If you are giving a presentation only, only the Feb. 16 deadline applies.
Each speaker will be notified of their session name, time and reviewer contact information. Please note that this information may change as we get closer to the conference date. Additional conference information can be found at

Conference Registration
Please remember you must also
register for the conference, registration opens in January and the deadline is Friday, March 30, 2012. Significantly reduced rates are available to speakers. You should also remember to book your hotel room as early as possible; New Orleans is a popular destination.
